BENSON, Vt., September 30, 2026: Kingston Place LLC has engaged Castle Placement, a New York-based investment bank, to support the company’s institutional capital strategy and the next phase of its growth.
The engagement represents an important milestone in Kingston Place’s development from a Vermont farm and cattle operation into a broader agricultural platform focused on strengthening the infrastructure required to produce, process and distribute beef across the Northeast.
Kingston Place is building around a persistent regional challenge: the Northeast has agricultural land, forage, cattle producers, USDA-inspected processing capacity and some of the largest consumer markets in the country, but those resources often operate independently and without the coordination needed to create a dependable regional beef supply chain.
Connecting the Pieces of a Regional Beef Supply System
Kingston Place’s strategy is designed to connect those pieces.
The platform brings together agricultural land and forage production, cattle production and sourcing, relationships with existing USDA-inspected processors, transportation and cold-chain capabilities, branded beef sales and regional distribution.
Rather than requiring Kingston Place to own every component of the supply chain, the company’s current strategy combines its own agricultural operations and infrastructure with regional producers, processors and commercial relationships.
“Kingston Place has grown from a farm and cattle operation into something substantially larger,” said Carl King, CEO and Managing Member of Kingston Place. “The opportunity is to build the infrastructure that connects land, cattle, processors and customers into a dependable regional beef supply system. Bringing Castle into the process is an important step toward building that at meaningful scale.”
Preparing for the Next Stage of Growth
Castle Placement will work with Kingston Place on capital strategy, institutional positioning, diligence, investor materials and outreach to institutional capital providers.
Kingston Place’s broader development plan includes expansion of its managed agricultural land base, cattle production and sourcing network, processing relationships, transportation and cold-chain capabilities, and the commercial infrastructure required to serve direct-to-consumer, wholesale and retail markets.
The company is headquartered in Benson, Vermont, in the Champlain Valley.
Kingston Place is continuing to advance the operating, financial, property, processing and commercial work associated with the next stage of its development.
Additional company and operating milestones will be announced as that work progresses.
