SCOPE
This notice describes how Kingston Place, LLC (“Kingston Place”) handles information collected through kingston-place.com, including the inquiry forms on this site. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Inquiry information you submit — contact details and the operational information requested by each form (for example: operation or company name, location, herd or facility details, capacity, requirements, and mandate information).
- Basic technical information — standard server logs and privacy-conscious, cookieless analytics (page views and aggregate interaction events). We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site cookies, or ad networks.
HOW WE USE IT
Inquiry information is used for one purpose: to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and — where a relationship develops — to manage that relationship. Analytics are used in aggregate to understand which pages and pathways are useful.
WHERE IT LIVES
Inquiry records are stored in Kingston Place’s internal operations and relationship-management systems, access-restricted to the team. Reputable service providers that host these systems process the data on our behalf.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
- We do not sell inquiry data.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Information may be disclosed if required by law, or shared under confidentiality with professional advisors where necessary to evaluate a specific relationship.
RETENTION
Inquiry records are retained while they remain relevant to an active or reasonably prospective relationship, then deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course.
YOUR CHOICES
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@kingston-place.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and we will respond within a reasonable period.
UPDATES
If this notice changes materially, the effective date above will change with it. Questions are welcome at any time through the contact pathways.
